Elizabeth Lee Elrod, 48, of 120 Northwoods Road, unit A, was arrested by the Seneca Police Department and charged with third-degree domestic violence.
Christopher Terry Cox, 36, of 329 Friendship Road in Seneca, is charged with failure to stop for a blue light, habitual traffic offender, disregarding a stop sign and a third or subsequent offense of driving under suspension, according to the arrest report.
