Last fall, Clemson city officials and local residents spent the afternoon viewing maps and discussing transportation issues with representatives of the Greenville-Pickens Area Transportation Study as part of a series of Upstate meetings seeking input on a long-term transportation plan.
As we slip into springtime, the weather begins to warm, the days become longer, the plants begin to bloom and the grass begins to grow. But there is one species of grass that we want to prevent from flowering, establishing and growing in South Carolina — cogongrass.
