Oconee County staff will begin work on a plan to be presented at the committee level to county council as it ponders taking over the Duke Energy-owned Fall Creek Landing and developing it into a county park.
After delaying any potential action on the matter late last month, the Clemson University Board of Trustees will revisit the possibility of tuition increases today as it kicks off its quarterly meetings at the Madren Center on the school’s campus.
The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is still accepting registrations for the sheriff’s senior graduate safety seminar, which is scheduled for Saturday.
School District of Oconee County officials said recently they plan to start the upcoming school year providing the same shuttle bus service from Fair-Oak Elementary to West-Oak Middle that has taken place since August 2007.
