I guess we should charge Westminster City Council member Susan Ramey with fraud (accepting money from two municipalities), collusion (secret agreement between two entities for deceitful purposes, Clemson and Westminster), perjury (purposely inflating last year’s budget), inciting a riot or protest (by causing an uproar over the city pool — uproar as defined, “a state of violent commotion”).
