Also charged with two counts of shoplifting and one count of giving false information, Dewayne Glenn McCall, 32, of 299 Tammerick Trail, was booked into the Oconee County Detention on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. after turning himself in to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.
A Seneca man was arrested on numerous charges over the weekend, including three counts of intent to defraud the South Carolina Educational Lottery, after police allege he stole scratch-off tickets from one convenience store then cashed in winning tickets at a second store in the Seneca area.
