While line workers continue to make progress, there are still thousands of customers in Oconee and Pickens without power following damage earlier this week caused by the remnants of Hurricane Irma.

Also arrested on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent in a separate incident, Tiffany Dawn Looney, 30, of 109 Stephens St., was arrested by the Seneca Police Department before being booked into the Oconee County Detention Center at 3:54 p.m. on Wednesday.
