Khalil Tahrike Shyheim Jenkins, 23, of 550 Simpson St., is charged with domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature, first-degree assault and battery, discharging a firearm into a vehicle and malicious injury to personal property following the incident, which happened shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday on Summit Drive.
