Capt. Jeff Stone said Pierre S. Davis was charged with distribution of ecstasy, distribution of ecstasy within proximity of Clemson University and resisting arrest. Davis was taken into custody Thursday by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Fugitive Task Force and later booked into the Pickens County Detention Center, where he was still being held on a $26,000 surety bond at press time Friday.
