Casey Bowling of the Seneca Police Department said a Seneca man wanted in connection with the killing of his 21-year-old girlfriend turned himself in to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Saturday. Police were searching Friday for the man after the woman was shot to death outside an apartment building Thursday night.
