CLEMSON — Clemson University has suspended all school events statewide through March 29 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

On Thursday, the school announced all students would be moving to online instruction for the week following spring break, which begins on Monday for one week.

“Events scheduled for March 30 and beyond will continue to be evaluated, and any changes will be communicated as soon as decisions are made,” a release from the school said. “Additionally, the university encourages all scheduled in-person meetings and conferences to be held online if possible.”

All athletic-related activities have been suspended until further notice.
