Once again, the newspaper has resorted to partially reporting a story. In the Feb. 10 edition, related to zoning, your reporter quoted several planning commissioners about their concerns related to the Luther Land area rezoning petition. You failed, however, to quote Commissioner Andrea Heller, who pointed out that Mr. Royer’s petitioning efforts coupled with the planning staff’s notification process had worked exactly as the Zoning Enabling Ordinance intended.
