Report: Part of retaining wall needs to be rebuilt at hotel

A portion of a retaining wall that suffered a “small collapse” at the construction site of the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Seneca needs to be torn down and rebuilt, according to an engineer’s report obtained by The Journal.
