Police: Naked CU student faces 15 charges in assaults

Luke Carter Owens, 21, of 134 Dolphin Point Drive in Beaufort, is charged with first-degree burglary, two counts each of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, third-degree assault and battery and indecent exposure, three counts of malicious injury to property, and one count each of breach of peace, entering premises after warning, second-degree burglary, public disorderly conduct and assault of a law enforcement officer, according to warrants.
