Yet another barrage of rainfall on Sunday sent local creeks over their banks, closed roads, uprooted trees and generally raised havoc with both public and private property.
Rainfall in the Seneca area was reported at just over 3 inches. Walhalla reported 3.5 inches. Near Salem, nearly 4 inches of rain reportedly fell.
