Clemson is aiming its efforts at turning water green – as in environmentally friendly.
With the help of the Center for Watershed Excellence at Clemson and the Environmental Protection Agency, those efforts come to life in Aiken. The overall plan is to help stop the immensely negative impact that storm water has on the area, which has caused a “serious water pollution problem,” according Beverly Banister, representative from the EPA.
