The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Darrian Skylar Smith of West Pine Grove Road in Fair Play on two counts of second-degree arson Monday. Smith was being held at the Oconee County Detention Center on a combined $10,000 surety bond Tuesday.
